Maria’s area of specialisation is in the Business Intelligence systems with the main focus on Activity Based Costing and Performance Measurements methodologies. In her work, Maria combines her mathematical and science background with diligent and responsible manner of work to deliver outstanding results for customers.

Simon has been involved in projects across the government, manufacturing FMCG, industrial distribution and financial services Industries. His specialities are; Profitability Modelling, Cost-to-Serve, Strategic Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, Transportation routing.

Dmitry started his career in engineering and moved into process improvement in the manufacturing industry. Dmitry has a wealth of experience in consultancy having delivered projects across a wide variety of industries including, finance, government, manufacturing FMCG, industrial distribution and telecommunications.
